Pastor Richard and Natalie Langford have been senior Pastors of One Way
Church for 21 years. They are the parents of 4 girls (Felicity Bass, Kierra Langford,
Mackenzie Langford, and Rianna Langford), as well as in-laws to Jeffrey Bass with 2
grandchildren (Jaxon and Finley Bass).
They began ministry as Youth Pastor’s in 1998 and transitioned to Chiefland as
Senior Pastor’s at One Way Church in 2004.
Their mission at OWC is to equip, disciple, and teach the Word of God in a way
that people will live like, minister like, and talk like Jesus Christ.
